EVE (“the Agent”, “the System”) is an AI agent built by OgdenXR Technologies to help visitors understand what OgdenXR does and find the solution that fits them. Depending on where you meet her, the same agent may appear as a voice with an orb, as a 3D avatar, or as text — the presentation changes, the agent does not.
Her purpose is informational and commercial. She is not a human representative of OgdenXR, and she does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice of any kind.

EVE is a voice agent. When you start a conversation, your browser asks permission to use your microphone; if you grant it, what you say is transmitted, transcribed and recorded. Section 5 explains what is kept and for how long.
You can end the conversation at any moment with the same button that started it, and you can withdraw microphone access in your browser at any time.
EVE is not only a chat. During the conversation she can navigate the site on your behalf — switch to an industry or a solution, open the portfolio, bring up the booking calendar, show the WhatsApp button, or change the language of the page text when you ask her to.
These actions change what is on your screen. They never submit forms on your behalf, never make a purchase, and never send a message in your name.
EVE's answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment by OgdenXR.
Anything EVE says about scope, price or timing is indicative only. Nothing she says creates a contract. Where she conflicts with a written proposal or with what a person at OgdenXR tells you, the written proposal and the person always prevail.
The conversation is stored in two separate places:
Conversations are not sold, transferred, or published, and they are not used to build a profile of you beyond the conversation itself.
OgdenXR technical and commercial staff who administer the system, through an administration panel that requires a login.

OgdenXR Technologies is based in the United States, and ElevenLabs processes and stores the conversation there as well. If you are outside the United States — including Chile and Peru, where OgdenXR also operates — your conversation is transferred internationally, because the service cannot work otherwise. By starting a conversation you accept that transfer.
EVE uses ElevenLabs to understand what you say and to generate her voice. The conversation necessarily passes through that provider's servers, and the language model that composes her answers runs there too.
ElevenLabs does not merely process the conversation — it stores it. It keeps the full transcript and an audio recording of your voice, for 30 days. OgdenXR sets that period but does not control how the provider handles the data within it; that is governed by ElevenLabs' own privacy policy.
Two further services are reached only if you choose to use them. WhatsApp: tapping the green button opens a conversation with OgdenXR on WhatsApp, and from that point the messages are handled by that platform under its own terms. Booking: the calendar EVE opens is provided by Calendly, and anything you enter there is handled under Calendly's own terms. The Calendly widget loads only at the moment you open the calendar, so if you never open it, Calendly never loads and sets nothing.
Please do not share sensitive personal information with EVE — national identification numbers, financial account details, passwords, health information, or anything confidential, whether yours or someone else's.
She does not need it, and it would be stored along with the rest of the conversation. If something like that is said by accident, write to hello@ogdenxr.com and the session will be deleted.

We answer within 30 days, and it costs you nothing. Exercising any of these rights never makes the service worse for you.
To find a conversation we may need the approximate date and the name you gave, if any — sessions are not linked to an account, so that is the only way to identify one.
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live — in Chile, the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales; in Peru, the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales.
This site uses cookies, and asks before using the ones that are not essential. A notice appears the first time you visit, with an Accept button and a Preferences button. Nothing non-essential loads until you choose.
You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page. If you turn analytics off, we stop loading it and delete the cookies it had already set.
Google Analytics, once you have accepted it, measures how the site is used — which pages people read, how they arrive, how long they stay — across ogdenxr.com, including the page where you talk to EVE and our blog. It sets its own cookies for that, and we ask it to anonymise your IP address. We use it to understand the site in aggregate, not to identify you personally, and we run no advertising or remarketing on it.
Calendly loads only at the moment you open the booking calendar, and sets its cookies then. If you never open the calendar, Calendly never loads.
We do not control those cookies and do not read them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them, apart from the calendar.
Separately, and not in a cookie, we store two things in your browser: your language preference and a marker that you chose it yourself, so the site comes back in the language you picked.
This service is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
The service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OgdenXR, its partners and affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided by EVE. Use of the service is at your own risk.
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the version in force, and the current version is the one published at this address.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
